What’s been happening:

The Penn State experiences has served me very well. My career began in Aerospace as an engineer, then an academic research project in Yugoslavia, followed by 30 years in the automotive industry applying Organizational Development concepts in eleven different countries, concluding as Manager of Global Excellence. Several early GM / Delphi retirees and I have established the TRANSNATIONAL EXPERTIZE ASSOCIATES consulting service. We have 75 years of total experience in starting up green field or restructuring brown field facilities in eleven different countries. Our WEB site is: WWW.transnationalexpertize.com.
